This Jamón de Bellota is produced from 100% Iberian pork and slowly cured to develop its fine marbling, pleasant aroma and characteristic bellota flavour.
The ham is sliced by hand to preserve the natural shape, texture and visual character of each slice.
Its delicate saltiness and soft intramuscular fat create an elegant product for premium tapas and Iberian charcuterie selections.
The slices are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop and the marbled fat to soften naturally.
