easy handling and fast service. It keeps the
depth, aroma and fat quality expected from
100% ibérico, while giving kitchens and
counters a practical format for controlled
portions, tapas, bocadillos and premium
Spanish plates.

The boneless format makes the ham easier to
handle in busy service. It can move from
storage to slicing with less preparation,
less space and better control over yield.

For kitchens and counters, this gives real
flexibility: thin slices for classic service,
small portions for tasting plates, or faster
cuts when the product is used across several
menu items.

Simple serves that sell

Serve it alone on a clean plate and let the
colour, fat and aroma do the work. It also
fits naturally into bocadillos, tapas plates,
sharing boards and wine service.

A simple bocadillo with only ham can be
enough. The natural fat gives the bread
flavour and texture, so it does not need to
be overloaded with oil, sauce or decoration.

Add identity without a recipe

Use a few slices over warm eggs, huevos
rancheros, fried potatoes, roasted vegetables
or a soft tortilla. The idea is not to cook
