Pluma from 100% Iberian bellota pork, with fine
marbling, a tender texture and full flavour.

Pluma is cut from the upper part of the loin.
Its thin shape makes it ideal for fast cooking
on the grill, plancha or in a hot pan.

Tender and finely marbled Iberian pork

Pluma is cut from the upper part of the loin.

It is a relatively thin, triangular cut with
fine intramuscular fat and a tender texture.

The meat has a dark red colour with visible
infiltration of pearly-white fat, which helps
retain juiciness during cooking.

Ideal for grill and plancha

Pluma is particularly suitable for charcoal grilling,
plancha cooking and fast pan-searing.

Its thin shape allows quick and even preparation.
Cook the piece whole and slice it across the grain
before serving.

It can also be divided into smaller portions
for tapas, tasting menus and main courses.

Serve with roasted peppers, potatoes, mushrooms,
grilled vegetables, herbs or full-flavoured sauces.

Individually vacuum packed

Each piece weighs approximately 500 g
and is individually vacuum packed.

The carton contains approximately 8 kg, providing
flexible portioning and controlled use in
professional kitchens.

Thaw under refrigeration before cooking.
Do not refreeze after thawing and cook thoroughly
before serving.
