In the interior of Mallorca, between open fields and dry landscapes, a way of working has developed where agriculture and food production are closely connected. Here, the rhythm of the land defines both raw materials and the final result.

Can Company is built on this foundation, bringing together cultivation, animal breeding and processing within one continuous system. Cereals are grown locally, forming part of the feed, while the native black Mallorcan pig develops in an environment adapted to the island.

This connection between soil, feed and animal creates a direct link to flavour. Each stage influences the next, resulting in products with depth, texture and a clear sense of origin.

A central figure behind the charcuterie is Xesc Reina, widely recognised for his work with Mallorcan pork and traditional recipes. His approach is based on balance, control and respect for the raw material, shaping products that stand out for their precision and identity.

In products such as sobrasada, this becomes evident. The balance between fat, meat and spice is carefully adjusted to develop soft texture, aromatic depth and a rounded flavour profile, without losing its original character.

Within the range, IGP-certified Sobrasada de Mallorca reflects an established tradition, interpreted through craftsmanship and experience.

Production combines this heritage with controlled processes, ensuring consistency while preserving character. The aim is not standardisation, but maintaining an expression of place through each product.

The result is a range defined by integration, craftsmanship and identity — where the island is present in flavour, structure and overall balance.
