A sliced bellota lomo with a clean, leaner profile and the depth expected from 100% ibérico bellota pork. The 80 g pack is easy to use for tapas, premium bocadillos, tasting plates and counter service where the menu needs ibérico flavour with a more refined cut.
Lomo gives another expression of bellota. It is leaner than ham or shoulder, but still carries the aroma, fat and seasoning that make ibérico charcuterie interesting on the plate.
The slice has a firm, compact structure and a clean appearance, which makes it useful when the service needs precision and a more elegant presentation.
Serve it alone as a clean tapas plate, or use it in premium bocadillos where the customer wants ibérico flavour without too much fat. It also works well with bread, olive oil, roasted peppers, mild cheese or a simple wine service.
