This sliced ham is produced from 50% Iberian pigs under the official Cebo de Campo classification.
The green label identifies the Cebo de Campo category and distinguishes it from standard Cebo and Bellota Iberian products.
Its fine marbling, delicate saltiness and pleasant aroma create a balanced Iberian ham for a wide range of menus and charcuterie selections.
The thin slices show the natural red colour, pearly-white fat and bright appearance of the ham.
They are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop and the marbled fat to soften.
Serve as tapas, on tasting plates or with mature Spanish cheeses, olives, almonds, crusty bread, tomato, fino, cava or red wine.
