The result is a refined presentation with delicate saltiness, a pleasant aroma and the deep flavour associated with pure Iberian bellota ham.
The slices are arranged on a circular plate and packed using MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop and the marbled fat to soften naturally.
