Made from 100% Iberian bellota pork,
this whole shoulder offers a balanced,
elegant profile with fine marbling and
a delicate level of salt.

Its flavour is accessible yet clearly
Iberian, making it suitable for both
classic tapas service and more refined
tasting plates.

Freshly carved service

Serve thinly sliced from the carving
stand as a tapa, in bocadillos or as
part of a Spanish charcuterie board.

It pairs naturally with cured cheeses,
olives, toasted almonds, crusty bread
and dry or fortified wines.
