A boneless bellota shoulder made for fast slicing, easy portion control and strong ibérico flavour in a compact format. It gives kitchens and counters a practical way to work with 100% ibérico bellota, without the space or time needed for a full bone-in carving setup.
This boneless paleta is useful where the product needs to move quickly from storage to service. It is easier to handle than a piece with bone and gives better control over slices, portions and yield.
It fits well in kitchens, delicatessen counters and small service points where a full ham station is not always practical.
Serve it alone in fine slices, or use it for small tapas plates, bocadillos, sharing boards and wine service. A bocadillo with only paleta can be enough; the natural fat adds flavour and texture to the bread without needing oil, sauce or extra decoration.
It can also bring value to warm serves: eggs, huevos rancheros, fried potatoes, roasted vegetables, mushrooms or tortilla. The heat should release the aroma, not cook the paleta.
The boneless format makes it easier to sell by weight, slice to order or use across several menu ideas. It gives the buyer a compact ibérico product with strong flavour, good fat presence and less handling work.
For counters, it supports clean slicing and controlled sale. For kitchens, it gives a quick premium ingredient that can add Spanish identity to simple dishes with very little preparation.
