Beschreibung

Certified Los Pedroches origin

Produced under the D.O. Los Pedroches designation,
this boneless ham combines certified geographical
origin with 100% Iberian breed and bellota feeding.

The Los Pedroches dehesa is closely associated with
traditional Iberian pig farming and acorn feeding
during the montanera season. This gives the product
a clear origin story for menus, specialist counters
and premium Spanish assortments.

Efficient professional slicing

The boneless format is practical for restaurants,
hotels, delicatessens and distributors that need
consistent slices with minimal trimming and waste.

Use thin slices for premium tapas, bocadillos,
wine plates, tasting menus and Spanish charcuterie
boards. It also works as a refined addition to
warm eggs, roasted vegetables or simple potato dishes.

Rich and balanced profile

The meat has a red colour with characteristic veins
of pearly-white fat and a bright appearance.

Its flavour is delicate and lightly salted, with
a pleasant, characteristic aroma and a homogeneous,
relatively non-fibrous texture.
