Sliced Iberian bellota salchichón with a delicate cured flavour, pleasant aroma and compact texture.
The slices are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP, ready for tapas, tasting plates, wine service and Spanish charcuterie selections.
This cured salchichón is made with extra lean Iberian pork and seasoned with selected spices.
A total of 160 g of meat is used to produce 100 g of the finished product.
Its compact and homogeneous texture gives regular slices with a clean appearance and a delicate, characteristic cured-sausage flavour.
The slices are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop naturally.
