Smaller slicing piece
A half piece of bellota lomo for smaller slicing needs, with the same lean, aromatic ibérico profile as the full piece. The ca. 400 g format is practical for counters, tapas, bocadillos and premium plates where fresh slicing is wanted without opening a larger piece.
This half piece gives the value of slicing to order, but in a more compact size. It is useful when the service wants fresh-cut lomo with less stock opened at the same time.
The cut is lean, firm and aromatic, with the clean character of 100% ibérico bellota pork, seasoning and garlic. It gives a refined cured meat option without the heavier fat feeling of ham or shoulder.
The ca. 400 g size is well suited for delicatessen counters, tapas bars, wine service and menus where rotation matters. It can be sliced for small tapas plates, premium bocadillos, tasting boards or clean Spanish serves.
A few thin slices can give a plate more value without making it heavy. It also pairs well with bread, olive oil, roasted peppers, mild cheese or a small selection of ibérico charcuterie.
Compared with a full lomo, the half piece is easier to handle in smaller services. It gives good control of portions, freshness and presentation, especially where the product is used across several small menu ideas.
It is a good bridge between pre-sliced packs and full-piece counter service: more flexible than a fixed pack, but easier to rotate than a large whole piece.
