Smooth frozen coulis made with 84% blueberry, strawberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry. Its balanced sweetness, vivid berry colour and practical squeeze bottle make finishing and decorating easy.
Blueberry, strawberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant and blackberry create a rich combination of sweet, fresh and gently tart berry notes. The fruits are finely strained to give the coulis its smooth, creamy texture.
Use it directly on cheesecakes, panna cotta, ice cream, yoghurt, pancakes and plated desserts. It also works beautifully in milkshakes, smoothies, cocktails and cold dessert sauces.
Red berry coulis can add colour and fruity acidity to cheese boards, pâtés and foie gras. The squeeze bottle provides controlled dispensing for quick service, decoration and consistent presentation.
