Pink guava combines a naturally aromatic fruit character with a sweet, juicy flavour and an attractive brownish- pink colour. Its smooth and creamy consistency makes the purée easy to incorporate into many different recipes.
Use it in juices, smoothies and cocktails, or transform it into sorbets, ice cream, mousses, jellies and plated desserts. It combines especially well with lime, passion fruit, mango, coconut, berries and creamy ingredients.
Pink guava can also add tropical sweetness and gentle acidity to dressings, glazes and sauces for cheese, seafood, poultry and grilled dishes. It is ready to use and can be added directly to further preparations.
