Selected MD2 pineapples from Costa Rica give this purée its intense aroma, natural sweetness and bright yellow colour. Frotz removes the distracting fibres through careful sieving, creating a smooth, creamy and homogeneous texture.
Create pineapple sorbets, ice cream, mousses, creams, jellies, fillings, confectionery and colourful plated desserts. Its sweet, refreshing character pairs beautifully with coconut, mango, passion fruit, lime, vanilla, caramel and chocolate.
