Smooth frozen coulis made with 89.8% mango and 9.8% passion fruit. Sweet, aromatic mango is balanced by the fresh acidity of passion fruit in a practical squeeze bottle for desserts, drinks, sauces and creative plating.
Ripe mango provides smooth texture, natural sweetness and full tropical flavour, while passion fruit adds aromatic freshness and lively acidity. Together they create a balanced coulis with an intense orange colour.
Use it directly on cheesecakes, panna cotta, ice cream, yoghurt, pancakes and plated desserts. It also brings tropical character to smoothies, milkshakes, cocktails, mocktails, sorbets and cold dessert sauces.
The combination of sweetness and acidity also works well with cheese, foie gras, seafood, fish and poultry. The squeeze bottle allows quick, controlled dispensing for sauces, decoration and consistent presentation.
