Beschreibung

This Lomo de Bellota 100% Ibérico is produced exclusively from selected loin muscles of acorn‑fed Iberian pigs. The meat is gently seasoned with salt, spices and garlic, then cured using traditional artisanal methods that highlight its natural purity and structure.
After curing, the lomo is finely sliced and vacuum packed to preserve its firm texture, aromatic balance and clean, elegant flavour. Compared to chorizo and salchichón, lomo offers a less fatty and more refined profile, making it an ideal choice for premium tapas, charcuterie boards and gourmet assortments.
The sliced 80 g format provides consistency, freshness and ease of use, suitable for gourmet retail, hospitality and discerning consumers. The product should be stored refrigerated between 0–7 °C. Once opened, it is recommended to consume within 24 hours. Shelf life is up to 12 months.
