Beschreibung

This Salchichón de Bellota 100% Ibérico is produced from carefully selected lean meat and fat of acorn‑fed Iberian pigs. The mixture is seasoned with traditional spices and slowly cured following artisanal methods that respect the natural character of the product.
After curing, the salchichón is finely sliced and vacuum packed to preserve its firm texture, refined aroma and elegant flavour profile. Compared to chorizo, salchichón offers a milder and more delicate taste, making it ideal for refined tapas, premium charcuterie assortments and gourmet retail.
The 80 g sliced format provides convenience, freshness and consistency, suitable for hospitality, catering and discerning consumers. The product can be stored in a cool, dry place; for optimal quality, refrigeration below 7 °C and protection from direct light are recommended. Once opened, it should be consumed within 24 hours. Shelf life is up to 12 months.
