This Chorizo de Bellota Ibérico by Belloterra is produced from extra‑lean meat of acorn‑fed Iberian pigs. The meat is finely minced, seasoned with paprika, natural aromas and traditional spices, then stuffed into natural and/or artificial casing and cured under controlled conditions. After curing, the product is Lonch. and packaged in protective modified atmosphere (ATM), presented on a circular plate to ensure uniform slices, visual consistency and ready‑to‑serve convenience. The flavour profile is delicate and well balanced, with characteristic paprika notes, pleasant cured aroma and a compact, homogeneous texture. The 80 g plated format is ideal for HORECA, catering, distribution and gourmet retail, offering ease of handling, portion control and consistent presentation. The product must be stored refrigerated below 7 °C. Shelf life is 5 months from slicing and packaging. Once opened, it should be consumed within 7 days
