Made from raw cow’s milk and matured for a minimum of eight days. The short maturation preserves moisture, resulting in a soft body and smooth, elastic texture. The flavour remains mild and rounded, with a clean lactic character typical of D.O.P. Tetilla cheeses.
Well suited for slicing, melting, and warm applications where a gentle dairy profile is required. Commonly used in sandwiches, melted preparations, and cheese boards where softness and uniform performance are priority.
