The octopus is already cooked, sliced and seasoned with oils and Pimentón de la Vera. Serve it cold, allow it to come gently towards room temperature or warm the closed tray before arranging the slices on a plate.
Add warm potatoes for the familiar pulpo a la gallega presentation, or enjoy the slices with crisp bread, roasted peppers and a glass of wine.
The format also opens the door to octopus carpaccio salad, polpo e patate and salade de poulpe without beginning with a whole octopus.
The vivid paprika colour and visible slices make the product easy to understand from the chilled display. It offers a complete idea rather than another seafood ingredient waiting for a recipe.
