Roasted over Beechwood

Selected Piquillo de Lodosa peppers are roasted over
beechwood, developing their characteristic sweetness
and a delicate smoky depth.

They are peeled without water, helping preserve the
natural flavour and texture of the pepper.

Cut into Tender Strips

After roasting and peeling, the peppers are carefully
cut into strips and prepared with olive oil and garlic.

The result combines soft pepper texture, gentle
sweetness and the savoury warmth of garlic.

Made with Protected-Origin Peppers

The peppers used are covered by the Piquillo de Lodosa
Protected Designation of Origin and production is
supervised by its regulatory council.

Because this recipe includes olive oil and garlic,
the finished product does not carry the numbered
PDO back label reserved for peppers packed in
their own juices.

Serving Inspiration

Serve warm or at room temperature with grilled meats,
fish, eggs, rice dishes or roasted vegetables.

They also work well in tapas, sandwiches, salads,
pizzas and as a colourful garnish for delicatessen
and catering presentations.
