A sliced bellota chorizo with colour, spice and fat that speak quickly on the plate. The 80 g format is easy to open, portion and use where a menu needs ibérico character with more paprika warmth than a classic ham slice.
This sliced chorizo brings another rhythm to a Spanish assortment. It has the depth of ibérico bellota, but with paprika, spice and a stronger cured sausage identity that can stand out beside ham, cheese, bread or wine.
