A sliced bellota ham format made for fast service, clean plating and premium portions without carving. The 80 g pack is easy to handle in restaurants, hotels and counters where consistency, speed and presentation need to work together.
This sliced format removes the need for carving during service. Open the pack, temper the slices correctly and plate with control. It is useful when the product needs to be served quickly, evenly and with the same result every time.
Use it for a clean jamón plate, tapas, bocadillos, tasting boards or wine service. The 80 g format gives a practical portion for small premium serves and makes it easier to control cost, waste and rotation.
A few slices can also lift warm dishes: eggs, huevos rancheros, fried potatoes, roasted vegetables or a soft tortilla. The heat should wake up the aroma, not cook the ham.
Serve it alone on a plain plate and let the colour, marbled fat and aroma do the work. For a bocadillo, the ham does not need much else; the natural fat gives the bread flavour and texture without heavy sauces.
The format is especially useful where there is no room for a full ham station, but the menu still needs the value and identity of 100% ibérico bellota.
