This boneless ham combines 50% Iberian breed character
with cebo de campo production and a practical format
for professional slicing.

Its balanced profile offers more depth than standard cebo,
while remaining accessible for menus, counters and customers
that need reliable Iberian quality at a competitive level.

Efficient slicing and service

The boneless format reduces preparation and supports regular
slices, accurate portions and lower trimming loss.

Use thin slices for tapas, bocadillos, wine plates,
