Use it in creams, mousses, cakes, fillings, ice cream, sorbets and plated desserts. It is equally suitable for smoothies, cocktails, juices, sauces and jellies, as well as sweet and savoury recipes requiring a balanced coconut flavour.
The puree is ready to incorporate without opening coconuts, extracting the flesh or blending and sieving the ingredients. It can be used directly from frozen in many recipes.
