Sliced lomo made from whole 100% Iberian bellota pork loin, seasoned with paprika and selected spices.
Its firm texture, delicate flavour and fine marbling make it ideal for tapas, tasting plates, wine service and premium charcuterie presentations.
This cured lomo is made from a whole, unminced cut of 100% Iberian bellota pork loin.
The meat is seasoned with paprika and spices before curing, developing a delicate flavour, pleasant aroma and firm, homogeneous texture.
Unlike minced cured sausages, lomo preserves the natural structure of the loin and gives every slice a clean, refined appearance.
The slices show the red-orange colour, fine marbling and compact texture of the cured loin.
They are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop naturally.
Serve with Manchego and other mature cheeses, olives, almonds, crusty bread, roasted peppers, figs, fino, cava or red wine.
The 80 g tray provides a controlled serving for restaurants, wine bars, hotels, delicatessen shops and specialist retailers.
