A sliced bellota chorizo with colour, spice
and fat that speak quickly on the plate. The
80 g format is easy to open, portion and use
where a menu needs ibérico character with
more paprika warmth than a classic ham slice.

Description

More than a cold cut

This sliced chorizo brings another rhythm to
a Spanish assortment. It has the depth of
ibérico bellota, but with paprika, spice and
a stronger cured sausage identity that can
stand out beside ham, cheese, bread or wine.

It is ready for quick plating, but it should
not be treated as just another pack of sliced
charcuterie. A few slices can bring colour,
fat and aroma to a plate with very little
work.

Easy flavour lift

Use it for tapas boards, bocadillos, small
wine plates or a mixed ibérico selection.
It can also be used where a little warmth
helps the aroma: over fried eggs, potatoes,
roasted vegetables, beans or a soft tortilla.

The goal is not to cook it hard. Gentle heat
