The deep-purple colour of açai instantly gives breakfast bowls, smoothies and desserts a bold, tempting appearance. Its smooth texture and distinctive fruit character create an excellent base for recipes finished with fresh fruit, granola, coconut, nuts or seeds.
Blend it into smoothies, shakes and cocktails, or use it in sorbets, ice cream, mousses and frozen desserts. Açai also opens the door to colourful dressings, sauces and fruity contrasts for both sweet and savoury creations.
