Ripe strawberry character, ready whenever the kitchen needs it.
IQF strawberries with intense red colour, juicy texture and a naturally sweet, fragrant character. Ready for pastry, desserts, ice cream, sauces, preserves and breakfast creations.
Strawberries (Fragaria L.) (100%).
These strawberries bring intense red colour, a fragrant aroma and the naturally sweet, juicy character of ripe fruit to the professional kitchen. Their familiar flavour works beautifully across classic recipes and modern dessert presentations.
Use them in cakes, tarts, creams, ice cream and plated desserts, or add them to smoothies, fruit salads and breakfast dishes. They also provide an excellent base for coulis, compotes, jams, glazes and both hot and cold fruit sauces.
