Figatella is a traditional cooked sausage from Mallorca, historically documented since the seventeenth century and revived by CAN COMPANY. It is produced from pork jowl, lean pork and liver, seasoned with spices and gently cooked to develop its characteristic flavour and texture. Supplied vacuum packed as a finished product, suitable for cold service or further cooking depending on application.
Can be consumed cold or cooked. For optimal flavour, open the package approximately 10 minutes before consumption.
