Green-label Iberian ham, hand-sliced
Hand-sliced green-label Cebo de Campo Iberian ham with fine marbling, delicate saltiness and a smooth, balanced flavour.
The slices are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP, ready for tapas, tasting plates, wine service and premium charcuterie presentations.
This ham is produced from 50% Iberian pigs under the official Cebo de Campo classification.
The green label identifies the Cebo de Campo category and distinguishes it from standard Cebo and Bellota Iberian products.
The ham is sliced by hand to preserve the natural shape, marbling and character of each slice.
The thin slices show the natural red colour, pearly-white fat and bright appearance of the ham.
They are arranged on a circular plate and packed in MAP – Modified Atmosphere Packaging.
Open the pack a few minutes before serving to allow the aroma to develop and the marbled fat to soften.
Serve as tapas, on tasting plates or with mature Spanish cheeses, olives, almonds, crusty bread, tomato, fino, cava or red wine.
The 80 g tray provides a controlled serving for restaurants, wine bars, hotels, delicatessen shops and specialist retailers.
