The result is a product with greater definition, a cleaner finish and a more controlled texture. It is suitable for fine tapas, plated presentations or premium applications, where ingredient quality is essential. It works well in warm dishes such as eggs, rice or composed plates, where flavour develops without heaviness. It can also be served simply with bread or as part of high-end charcuterie selections, where its characteristics are clearly expressed.
