Chistorra Navarra is an authentic specialty from northern Spain, known for its deep paprika flavour, juicy texture and vibrant red colour. It is made from 95% EU‑origin pork meat and fat, seasoned with paprika, garlic and salt, and filled in natural lamb casing or edible bovine collagen casing.
