Fuet Negro is a traditional dry‑cured sausage made from lean black Majorcan pork, stuffed into natural casing and seasoned with a balanced spice blend. The curing process develops its characteristic dark red colour, firm texture and clean, aromatic flavour profile. Supplied vacuum packed as a finished product, suitable for slicing and direct service or culinary applications.
Can be consumed raw or lightly cooked. For optimal aroma and texture, open the package approximately 10 minutes before consumption.
