Tender Tudela PGI artichoke hearts with a clean, natural flavour and none of the pronounced lemon taste found in many preserved artichokes.
Their generous shape makes them ideal for tapas, salads, fish, rice dishes, garnishes and refined Mediterranean presentations.
These artichoke hearts are produced from Artichokes of Tudela protected by the official Protected Geographical Indication.
The designation identifies a recognised regional product with a strong connection to Navarra and its traditional vegetable production.
Careful preparation preserves the tender texture and distinctive natural flavour of the artichoke.
The hearts are mild and not sharply acidic, without the pronounced lemon character often associated with preserved artichokes.
Each jar contains approximately 12–20 artichoke hearts, offering attractive and clearly visible pieces.
Their generous format is suitable for direct plating, tapas and dishes where appearance is as important as flavour.
Serve with extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, roasted peppers or vinaigrette.
